The workshop will be facilitated by Carleigh Sanderson, University of Ottawa, and by Andrea Peart, Health and Safety Officer, PSAC.
Influencing the employer for efficient resolution**
How can we succeed in making our point of view known to the employer in order to solve problems?
The workshop will be facilitated by Wael Afifi, Senior Grievance and Adjudication Analyst, PSAC.
1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Speed dating exercise with multiple subject-matter experts to explore themes including workplace harassment, health and safety, communications, mapping, grievances, union-management meetings, disability insurance, and more.
The day will close with an opportunity to meet with Greg McGillis, your newly elected Regional Executive Vice-President and brainstorm what it is you can concretely bring back and apply in your workplace, with your fellow members.
