Prevention of harassment and violence in the workplace – French Course CANCELLLED

June 8, 2021

Significant changes were made to the Canada Labour Code in January 2021, changes that will impact all federally regulated workers, including the federally regulated private sector (Canada Post), government agencies, the federal public service, and employees on Parliament Hill, the House of Commons, the Senate, the Library of Parliament and the Parliamentary Protective Service.

Who is this course for?
All PSAC members working in the public service or in federally regulated organizations, particularly health and safety stewards and health and safety committee members. Please note that this webinar is a repeat of the webinar offered on the same topic in December 2020. If you attended the December webinar, you should not register again as the topics covered will be the same.

Time commitment
The presentation will last approximately one hour, followed by a 30-minute question period.

This webinar will present the key changes to the Canada Labour Code with respect to harassment and violence in the workplace.

If you are unable to attend the webinar, you can still view the video of the webinar presented on December 10 and download the relevant documents on this health and safety page of the regional website
