NCR AGM – Spring 2024

June 8-9, 2024

Please join us in our next NCR Annual General meeting (AGM) that will take place on June 8-9, 2024, in person at the Delta Hotel, Ottawa(101 Lyon St. N, Ottawa, ON K1R 5T9). Our hours of sitting will be from 9:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Registration will start at 8:30 a.m. We encourage members to arrive early to facilitate registration. 


The deadline for registration is March 8, 2024

Please refer to the entitlement list sent by email to know how many delegates your local can register for this meeting. In case you may not to be able to attend, please ensure to nominate potential alternates as a back-up. Prior to the event, you will receive the agenda and other related documents by email. They will also be made available on this page.

Lunch and refreshments will be served. Only mileage for delegates traveling more than 40 km one way from home to the event venue will be reimbursed per PSAC mileage rates.

Taxi, parking, and mileage will be reimbursed. There will be no perdiem. There will be no compensation of salary for weekends except for delegates who are regularly scheduled to work on a Saturday or a Sunday upon receipt of official work or shift schedule. There will be no overtime compensation.

Actual loss of salary will be reimbursed for working hours lost during the AGM.Members affected will receive a Union Authorization Letter from the Office of the REVP if requested.

Family Care:

Family care arrangements will be provided based on requests identified on the registration form as per the PSAC Family Care Policy). Onsite childcare will be available for delegates who requested.

All delegate expense claims must be submitted electronically through the Member Expense Portal (MEP). The MEP is located on the PSAC Members Portal website. Claims must be submitted within 90 days of the AGM.


In consideration for the health of members who may suffer from environmental disabilities, and with the goal of eliminating a contaminant from the air, PSAC asks that all participants attending to refrain from using scented products. These include perfume, colognes, as well as scented lotions, hairsprays, deodorants, and other products promoted by the fragrance industry.


We will distribute copies only to delegates who made the request on the registration form. To this effect, we suggest that you bring your laptop to the AGM with you. All documents will be available online.
