The session hours will be from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The virtual meeting room will open at 8:30 a.m., and we encourage members to join early to ensure a timely start to the meeting.

Please reach out to your Local’s President to confirm your interest in attending.

Please be aware that only members who have been approved by their Local can be registered as delegates. We encourage anyone interested in attending to also consider registering as an observer.

The Zoom link and meeting documents will be sent to participants no later than November 20 2026.

The REVP-NCR’s Office is committed to an inclusive community of labor activism with accessible activities, services, and facilities that respect the dignity and independence of persons with disabilities. To make this meeting more accessible, organizers have taken the following into consideration:

  • Zoom offers automatically generated live captions for every meeting which will be turned on at the start of the meeting.
  • Meeting documents will be planned, formatted, and structured in an accessible manner to ensure they are compatible with assistive technology tools.
  • Members attending will be given the opportunity to listen and participate in the language of their choice, French or English.
  • Delegates who are regularly scheduled to work on Saturdays are eligible for compensation of salary upon receipt of official work or shift schedule.
  • Actual loss of salary will be reimbursed for working hours lost in order to attend the meeting and eligible delegates should request a Union Authorization Letter (UAL) from the Office of the REVP.
  • Where a delegate with a disability incurs additional expenses related to the accommodation of their disability, these expenses will be reimbursed provided they are reasonable and pre-authorized. Receipts are required.
  • As the meeting is virtual, no per-diems will be allotted.
  • Please note that there will be no compensation for overtime.
  1. A child under 18 years of age.
  2. A person with disability
  3. An adult, who is dependent, requiring care

Delegates are encouraged to review the PSAC FCP prior to registration and should indicate their request via the meeting registration form.
