Prerequisites: This course is intended for first time stewards.

By the end of this module, stewards will:

• Understand what the role of a Steward is
• Know what the rights of Stewards are
• Understand where Stewards fit in our union 
• Identify how Stewards can help to build a strong membership

Please note that participant selection for this course will:

• Prioritize new stewards to encourage broader participation.
• Reflect the diversity of our membership to ensure inclusivity.
• Consider the date of registration if all other factors are equal.
