Working Through Conflict & Grievances Handling for Stewards

The Steward Series helps Stewards to organize, represent and advocate on behalf of their members. The Series consists of twenty-four (24) workshops that provide a logical and accessible learning path for PSAC Stewards. All workshops have been revised/updated to reflect current laws and trends.

During this full day session participants will complete the following modules in the series:

· Working Strategically Through Conflict 

· Grievance Basics

This course will be given at 233 Gilmour, 6th floor, Pat McGrath boardroom, Ottawa, ON.
