2nd NCR Treasury Board Mobilization Summit

We are pleased to invite members to join us for the 2nd PSAC NCR Treasury Board Mobilization Summit. 

Our first summit was a great success, bringing members together for meaningful conversations and inspiring action. The enthusiasm and engagement demonstrated that there is a strong desire to continue building momentum and working together. 

If you missed the first summit, now is the perfect time to get involved. We welcome both returning participants and first-time attendees to join the conversation and help shape our collective path forward.

Logistics

Pay Parking will be available across the street from 340 MacLaren Street.

If you have a mobility limitation, and require parking nearby, please indicate this clearly in your registration.

If you reside 40 km or less from the course location, a $50 allowance is provided to cover meal, parking and transportation.

If you reside more than 40 km from the course location, you will be reimbursed parking, the lunch per diem and mileage. 

Hotel accommodations will not be provided for this event.

Accommodation for Disabilities

The PSAC is committed to ensuring union events are as barrier-free as possible for members with access needs.

Members are asked to specify their access needs on the registration form so that PSAC-NCR can support their full participation at the Summit.

Family care

The objective of the PSAC Family Care Policy is to help remove barriers that may prevent members from participating in union activities by providing reimbursement of eligible family care expenses.

Please note that on-site childcare will not be available for this event. 

PSAC policies: Anti-Harassment and Environmental Sensitivities

The PSAC Anti-Harassment and Environmental Sensitivities policies will be in effect during the Summit.

To support a safer and more accessible environment for all participants, members are asked to refrain from using scented products of any kind.

Any member using scented products may be asked to leave the Summit.

Registrants must be:

• Treasury Board members in good standing from the EB, PA, SV, or TC bargaining units; 
• From a PSAC Local in the NCR;
