Accessibility Discussion with MDAC – NAAW!

Join us on Thursday, May 28, 2026, from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. for an engaging online discussion on accessibility, inclusion, and the work still ahead to build a truly accessible Canada.

We’ll hear from Max Brault, accessibility consultant and author of The Race to the Starting Line, who will share insights on the progress that has been made and the challenges that remain.

Our Members with Disabilities Access Committee (MDAC) Chair, Karen Kenniphaas, will speak about the importance of accessibility and disability inclusion in all spaces, using clear plain language and practical examples. Ryan Ward, digital accessibility specialist and MDAC Vice-Chair, will also join the discussion.
