Are you interested in being more involved in PSAC activities in the NCR? Are your passionate about political action and social justice? Join us for the PSAC-NCR Conseil de district d’action politique de l’Outaouais (CDAPO) Annual General Meeting on March 11, 2025 from 5:30 – 7 PM via Zoom!
We are looking for enthusiastic organizers and mobilizers to re-start this committee!
The CDAPO focuses on political action and takes the lead in organizing Labour Day and May Day events, political lobbying & campaigning, and on issues of the day (elections, bargaining issues, etc.) The CDAPO meets at least 6 times a year and executive meetings are called as needed.
CDAPO Executive Officers are volunteers who take a leadership position on the Council, work collaboratively with members of the unions as well as community organizations, and who are passionate about political action and social justice. On March 11, we will hold elections for the following positions:
- Chairperson
- Vice Chair
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- Delegate to PSAC-NCR Regional Convention
We hope to see you all at the AGM and please consider running for a position and encouraging others to join as Delegates of their local!
