NCR Annual General Meeting – Spring 2022.

June 18 - 19, 9:00a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Please join us in our next NCR Annual General Meeting (AGM) that will take place on June 18 – 19, 2022, virtually via Zoom. Our hours of sitting will be from 9:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Registration will start at 8:30 a.m. We encourage everyone to participate.

The deadline for registration is June 6, 2022.

Please refer to the entitlement list in order to know how many delegates your local can register for this meeting. If there is a possibility that you may not to be able to attend, please ensure to nominate potential alternates as a back-up. Delegate and observer approvals are required as per the directives of your respective bylaws.

Please note that:

Resolutions will be accepted until June 6, 2022. Check out this guide, and the checklist on how to write a good resolution. All resolutions must be sent to orizied@psac-afpc.com.

Candidate nomination forms for the elections on Sunday will be accepted until June 6, 2022. Please email the completed form to orizied@psac-afpc.com.

Expenses:

Since this is a virtual meeting, members will be responsible for their own lunch. Costs related to attendance at this meeting are not reimbursed (except, in the case of delegates for regular loss of salary or reimbursement for family care as per the PSAC Family Care Policy).

Please note that if you are a member working under Treasury Board (includes FB), Parks, CFIA, SSHRC, you will want to utilize your employer’s recovery leave for which the employer will be reimbursed by the union.
