Strike Preparation for NCR PA, EB & TC members

Building on the Strike Preparation course, members will take a more in depth look at possible strike actions, the strike structure, the various roles within a strike, strike pay and the picket line. Members will be made aware of the importance of proper conduct on the picket line, the messages to be conveyed and how to interact with the public and potential scabs.

Participants are invited to take the Strike Readiness module prior to attending this 3hrs training.
