PSAC NCR is hosting a virtual a Lunch & Learn focused on Workforce Adjustment (WFA): What it is, how it works, and what it means for members.

Time: 12:00 PM Eastern Time (US and Canada)

Topics will include:

·         When and how WFA is triggered

·         Member rights and employer obligations

·         Options available under the WFA Directive

·         Where to access union support and representation

With ongoing uncertainty in the workplace, it’s important that members understand the WFA process, their rights, and the protections in place. This session will walk through the basics in clear, accessible language and provide space for questions and discussion.
