Annual General Meeting of the Education Committee (June 2025)

The Education Committee’s Annual General Meeting will take place on Tuesday June 17, 2025. During the meeting, elections will be held to appoint the committee executive for a term of one (1) year.
Elections will be held for the positions of:
-Chairperson
-First Vice-Chairperson
-Second Vice-Chairperson
-Secretary/Treasurer
To be eligible for office, a nominee must be a member in good standing of the PSAC and must be resident of, or work in the NCR. A nominator and a seconder must be duly accredited delegates at the meeting at which elections are held. In the event that a member is not present at the meeting at which elections are held, but wishes to be nominated, he or she must have indicated in writing their willingness to stand.
Nominations for all positions shall be filed in writing to the REVP and signed by a nominator and a seconder, each of whom shall be an accredited delegate. Advance nominations must be submitted no later than 4:00pm on June 17, 2025, but nominations can also be received from the floor.
