AGM Ottawa Regional Women’s Committee (ORWC) – March 2024

The ORWC is holding a fundraiser on Monday, March 11, 7:00 – 9:00 p.m in person at PSAC HQ (233 Gilmour Street) for Dress for Success and as a celebration of International Women’s Day .

Join us for light refreshments, a guest speaker and to celebrate women.

We ask that you please approach your communities and members for donations of women’s dress clothing in plus sizes (14+) that will in turn be donated to assist women who are returning to work and/or struggling in today’s trying times as they go for job interviews and/or return to the workforce. Shoes, jewellery and clothing should be clean and in good repair and ready to be given to these deserving women.

We are asking that you please pass this invitation on to your members.

If you plan to attend in-person, please reply with your RSVP to orwc@psac-afpc.com by March 7 with your attendance so that we are sure to have enough refreshments.

The AGM will be from 5:30pm until 7:00 pm and conducted in a hybrid manner followed by an in-person fundraising event.
