PSAC will begin bargaining the next collective agreements for the FB Group (Border Services) and TC Group (Technical Services) as early as spring 2011.
The union has scheduled national bargaining conferences in Ottawa in January 2011 to replace regional bargaining conferences. FB and TC members who were originally scheduled to attend regional conferences will receive an invitation to the national conference. Delegates will:
* review bargaining proposals
* establish priorities
* develop mobilization strategies
The TC Group delegates will also elect bargaining teams.

Both groups will exchange demands with the employer in the spring of 2011.

TC National Bargaining Conference:
January 21-23, 2011.
