Education Committee
This Committee serves as an advisory body to the PSAC NCR Regional Education Program by supporting and advocating for member education within the National Capital Region (NCR). The committee is composed of members from different union components (including CEIU, CIU, GSU, UHEW, UNDE, UNE, USJE, Agriculture, UTE, and UCTE) as well as Directly Chartered Locals (DCL’s). The Committee discusses union education needs, determines how the region can best serve unionized employees and local stewards by engaging members through union education, and offers educational resources and support wherever possible.
